Super High Strength Cops are specially developed by Samruddhi Engineering. This Cops are very much useful for Nylon yarn Splitting yarn machine. Some of our customer had used this Cops for 100+ cycle & still working well.

Advantages of Super High Strength Cops

Light Weight with more strength compared to Multi use Cops.
Can be used minimum 50 cycle as compared to Normal Cops which can only be used for 2 or 3 cycles maximum.
Cost per cycle will be Maximum Rs 2.00 where as Cost of each cycle of normal cop is Rs 15 to Rs 18.
Can replace Multiuse Cops which will save electricity due to light weight.
Maintenance of Spindle & bolster also reduce due to Light Weight.
